Filming in the forest, during the night, is magical. But, behind the screen, there are a lot of risks I have to think about carefully, because before I can start bringing my story to life I have to make sure that everyone will be safe.
Since I will be filming in the forest, I need to watch out for everything that could cause any kind of potential harm. Because I will film during the night, the low visibility or uneven grounds, can make it easy to get hurt. So, this means that I have to make sure that I will have enough light so everyone can move around the "set" freely and safely.
Another risk is the weather. Since the filming will be taking place outside, I will have to look out for any signs of bad weather, constantly checking it on my phone. If it rains, or worse, I will have to stop the filming and continue another day.
The animals in the forest are also another risk. Unfortunately, this risk is extremely dangerous and I will have to be careful when filming and make sure that no one is in danger at any time.
Lastly, I will be working with fire while filming, which is a beautiful element in my film opening, adding beauty to the whole scene, but also danger. So, I will have to make sure that the fire is controlled at all times, without causing any harm to anyone.
There are a lot of risks while filming any type of film, especially in settings like the one I chose, when working with nature. The safer everyone is, the better the results of the film opening will be.
