Rouge de Rage FINAL
Reaching the end of this project felt like finally taking a deep breath after a long run. It wasn't easy at all. I changed my main idea more than five times, and every time I thought I had found the perfect one, another idea appeared and pulled me into a completely different direction. So... I started writing, a lot, about each version of my creation, only to start again each time. This process was time consuming, but I'm glad that at the end, I finally reached my final idea.

Feedback
After days and nights of editing and adjusting every second of my film opening, it was finally done. I could finally see my idea as something complete. But.. the part I feared came.. sharing my creation with others. I chose sharing it with my family, the people who had watched me think, create and stress over every single shot, every detail. We sat together, and I showed each one of them my creation. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I was so nervous. Each second I tried search

Editing of Rouge de Rage
Without any doubt, editing was the hardest part of creating the film opening. For the editing process I used DaVinci Resolve , a program recommended by a wonderful person who helped me along the way, every time I had a question. Initially, I thought editing would be quick and simple. I could imagine myself just putting the scenes together.. and the story would just come to live. But the moment I opened DaVinci, I realized I was mistaken. Every single thing about this app was

Sound
Initially, my first idea when it came to the sound of my film opening was to create something original. My sister, who also played in my film opening, is one of the most talented people I know, and we planned to compose a song together. She plays both the piano and guitar, and she creates beautiful music. I knew that her creations will be perfect for my film opening. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned.. Even though she created multiple songs for my film opening, for

Fonts Used & Credits
For the fonts used, I only have two credits to give: the font I used for the title "Rouge de Rage" and the font I used for the end of the film opening. The fonts were: Segoe Script & Mongolian Baiti. When deciding what font to use I had to think at the most essential thing when choosing a font: everyone MUST be able to see it clearly. I found multiple fonts I loved, that even fit perfectly with the title of the film opening, but I had to choose one that can be easily read. Th

Raw Montage
Once I have finished filming, the first thing I had to do was to download every single shot I'd captured the day of filming. This was the easiest part since during filming I had a list with all the scenes I planned to include in my film opening. Having the list with the chosen shots made the process of editing way easier. After filming each scene multiple times, I looked at each shot and wrote down the number of the shot I was going to use for my final film opening. By doing

The Making of Rouge de Rage
It all began before I even turned on the camera. Before I even started to film, I had a conversation with a girl, a girl that helped me so much. The conversation was long and unexpected. She sat with me for hours, helping me understand how the camera is working, because I have never used one before and it was essential I learn how it works. We sat and spoke for hours. She spoke gently, with patience, and we tested the camera together, before I finally understood how to use it
