Integration of Technology

"How did you integrate technologies – software, hardware and online – in this project?"

For the creation of my film opening, technology was my best friend.

DaVinci Resolve was the only software I have used during my film opening, where all the pieces of my creation came together. This app has helped me shape the story I had in my mind until it was perfect for me. Every frame, every change happened there. DaVinci resolve was the main part of the editing process. I also used Picsart, an app that helped me put my film opening into short ideas easily, to have a clearer picture in my mind.

Websites and online tools were also essential in my blog and film opening. Google Docs and Google made planning everything way easier. I easily organized ideas and kept track of everything I needed. YouTube helped me find the perfect sound for my film opening. Pinterest was the main source for my inspirations. By looking through Pinterest, I found photos that just went perfectly with my ideas, the mood and the style I wanted to create.

As for the equipment, I have used my iPhone 11 Pro Max to record the sound in the film opening. It captured the audio way better than I have imagined, which allowed me to add it perfectly over the videos in DaVinci. For filming each scene I have used Sony a7 III , which allowed me to film every shot clearly.
